Why Fonseca PoolsTwenty-five years in the water.
Twenty-five years in the water.
One family behind every job.
Pool remodeling is unforgiving work: plaster cures on a clock, tile lines show every shortcut, and a drain done wrong hides under water for years. Here's how we keep that from happening on your pool.

25 Years of Pool Work
Juan Fonseca has been plastering, tiling, and rebuilding pools since the late 1990s. That experience shows in the details, from the trowel finish to how the coping is set.
Family Owned & Operated
Fonseca Pools is a registered Texas LLC run by the Fonseca family. The person who quotes your pool is the person who shows up to do it.
Written Scope, Honest Price
Every estimate is itemized: materials, labor, and timeline. If we find a problem once the pool is drained, we price it in writing before touching it.
One Crew, No Subcontractors
Demo, plumbing, plaster, tile, coping, and stone are done by our own hands. No handoffs, no crew you've never met.
Built for Texas Weather
North Texas clay soil, hard water, and 100-degree summers destroy sloppy pool work. We choose materials and methods for the conditions here, not a catalog.
Walkthrough Before Final Payment
We fill the pool, balance the water, and walk every tile line and seam with you before the last invoice goes out.
How It Works
From first call to first swim
A predictable process, so you always know what happens next, how long the pool will be out of action, and who's responsible for it.
1
Free On-Site Estimate
We inspect the plaster, tile, coping, skimmers, and drains in person, and flag anything that will affect scope or budget.
2
Written Scope & Schedule
An itemized estimate with materials, labor, and a real timeline, including how many days the pool will be drained.
3
The Work
Drain, demo, prep, and rebuild in the right order, by our own crew, with updates as each stage is finished.
4
Fill, Balance & Walkthrough
We refill the pool, start the water chemistry, and walk every seam and tile line with you before the final invoice.

We Stand Behind Every Pool We Finish.
A pool remodel should last a decade, not a season. Every Fonseca project is backed by a written workmanship warranty, and if plaster, tile, or coping we installed fails under normal use, we come back and make it right. That's the whole policy, and it's how we've kept the same customers for 25 years.
