The older ones often need honest triage: is the plaster good enough for an acid wash, or is it time to replaster? We'll tell you straight, because an acid wash on failing plaster wastes your money.

Skimmer and main drain problems are common here as decks and soil shift. We diagnose the actual leak point before quoting, replace the failed part, pressure-test the line, and rebuild the surround so the repair holds.
